Hi, your plugin is great, but I’d like to know the name and surname of subscribers. Is there the chance to change the form by adding other form fields?

Knock! Knock! Your VOLUME DOES NOT WORK on your videos. This makes it impossible to understand what you are trying to convey.

Wow, what an awful page. There’s words missing from your article and no volume/voice over in your videos, causing both to be confusing and of little help. THANKS!

Can we please have some sound on the vids?

  12. March 31, 2012 at 7:19 am #

The plugin CANNOT be used in two sidebars.
As you use it in one sidebar, it disappear from the widget list. So if you have one sidebar for homepage and one for the single post page, you cannot use it on both.
    Any solution to this?
    Regards.

so as not to check the members one by one?

I love the user-friendliness of your plugin. Thanks for the simplicity. Although it was difficult to follow the video with no volume, what I did was pause it to digest what you had done before moving to the next instructions. My problem is I cannot get the newsletter to go through. I sent it to two people, including myself, twice on yesterday. The newsletter has not arrived almost 24 hours later. I checked my spam folder, and the newsletter was not in it. Could I be doing something wrong? Thanks for your assistance.

To Gladys, a likely reason the email was not sent, even though this plugin falsely claims it is set, is you have not set the “From email” address on the “Subscriber form setting” page. I think the From email address must be the same name as your webserver, else WordPress thinks you are sending spam and gives an error. This plugin ignores all errors during sending.

The email send failure looks like a common enough problem that a warning should be shown on the Send pages, that Fromemail address has not been set!

The plugin works fine, but on the test email it sent from noreply@mysitename.com. Is there a way I can customize who I send from?

    Awesome plugin.

I have a question? On version 10.0 the plugin was horizontal and fitted perfectly across my whole website. Now that I’ve updated the plugin to the 12.0 version it puts it off into the corner. Any way I can get it back to go across the whole website?

Here’s an example what it use to look like: http://ignitethemes.com/themeforest/switcher/?theme=balance_wp

    Thanks for your help.
