  15. Vasily says:

Thanks for contributing the plugins … I’m trying to set a fixed height for the widget to avoid it “jumping” when the title wraps beyond one line … I’ve tried setting height to 100px for #FIFOXMLRSSFEED_CSS_WIDGET in custom.css, but this doesn’t work. I also tried adding !important, but that didn’t help. Any ideas for how I might get this to work?

  16. Vasily says:

P.S., I tried adding height to the CSS for #FIFOXMLRSSFEED_CSS_WIDGET in fade-in-fade-out-xml-rss-feed.css, but that didn’t work, either.

  17. Vasily says:

Disregard my question … I’m using a caching plugin and it appears I was viewing a cached version of the page. The height modification is working now.

  18. MaFt says:

Hi, is it possible to update the plugin so that the user can set the maximum number of RSS items to display?

E.g. I set the fade time and also say I only want the 5 most recent posts from the feed to be shown.

  19. Be Identified Marketing says:

Hi there and thank you for your plugin. I installed in today and entered the RSS feed urls (three) and get the following message in place of each feed where this Widget would show up on the website:

failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /homepages/19/d302355531/htdocs/pakmma/wp-content/plugins/fade-in-fade-out-xml-rss-feed/fade-in-fade-out-xml-rss-feed.php on line 52

Can you please explain what I need to do so the feeds appear?

  20. Smitty says:

Running 3.3.1 and the fades are not timed smoothly at all, no matter what I do it stays the same, first one fades in, then pops to the next headline for a split second, then blank for 2-3 seconds. Any advice would be appreciated.
