News announcement scroll wordpress plug-in create a vertical scroll news widget for your wordpress website. This is very easy to use, no coding knowledge required to customize this plugin. after activated the plugin, drag and drop the widget into the sidebar. also we have short code to add this announcement into posts and pages. watch the below video tutorial for more help.

Admin management
Administration → Settings → News announcement scroll → Click Text management button.
Administration → Settings → News announcement scroll → Click Gallery setting button.

Display Order: This accept only numeric field and this is to manage the announcement display order.
Display Status: This is manage the announcement display status, is status is “NO” that records will not appear in the front end.
Type: This is new field; this is to group the announcement. This is very useful if we want to display the different set of announcement in each post.
Expiration Date: This field is to set the announcement expiration date.

I find this as an excellent plugin. But I can’t seem to work it out.
At the Text Management Setting, there is always this notification: “No Announcement Available in Database! Creat New.”
I have typed my announcement on the box, type 1 as Display Order, put Yes as Display Status, put my own Type of display, then clicked on Insert Announcement. But no announcement gets inserted nor placed.
Please help me out. Thanks.

you’ve got to type ‘widget’ in the Type field, otherwise the message won’t appear on the page.
This is exactly what I have been looking for but…
As soon as I activate the plugin it takes over my homepage and nothing else shows.
Any ideas?

This plug in is great. Is there a way to stop the scrolling of text when I point the cursor. Need help.
